Can we use your art for non-commercial purposes, to do photoshop arrangements and so on, put blinks on the eyes and etc, I also saw examples of such arrangements, between innocent and nice works I saw some what I consider as vulgar,
so
My answer once at for all is that:

NO.

As soon as I don't have any control of it. Also I absolutely don't like an idea
to put any blinks to eyes to portraits, neither people on them want too. I even start think that I have to remove portraits from my gallery if I don't want to have bad surprises some day. Perhaps I did mistake when I put privet portraits here.
May be I wouldn't mind if people use landscapes and still lifes, but... I saw one example between many nice: on landscape of somebody are two vulgar nudes - I absolutely don't like it. And giving my permission I will allow such kind of works too, and I don't have such wish. It is not even question of money for me - it is that I don't want to transform my idea to something ugly.
I like when people are happy and I feel even not nice when I need to say "no", but ... I have to say "no".
Also I want to say, that I like many of works, what I saw, and I respect people who have such a hobby, especially when I see their beautiful works.
Because I received so much letters and I keep receiving them - I answering here for all of them.
